Most stress and anxiety in organisations is down to communication challenges — and the cost to the business is incalculable...

Effective working relationships built on healthy dialogue should be the lifeblood of any organisation. Yet so much stress and anxiety is caused by lack of clarity: clarity of requirement, roles and goals, operational and strategic priorities and even the true capacity of a team to deliver.

The ability to reach (and provide) clarity through healthy dialogue is a fundamental tool in the business professional's toolbox, but it isn't always easy. Sometimes clarity can only be reached through taking risks, but saying no, pushing back and accepting that conflict may be inevitable is far from comfortable for many people.

Being secure in the knowledge you can handle any and all of these things with respect and confidence is perhaps the best foundation you can build for yourself both professionally and personally.

This workshop focuses on healthy communication in three closely related areas:
